1. Let cream cheese set on counter to soften for a time, and add the 7-up to the fridge to chill too
2. Drain crushed pineapple, juice not used in this recipe except to make up for missing 7-up
3. In stand mixer bowl start preparing lime jello according to package directions for the hot water portion
4. While jello still hot stir in the cream cheese and then use mixer to whisk it together
5. Stir in crushed pineapple and 7-up in replacement of the cold water
6. Chill in fridge until jello is set, enjoy
